How Our Network Works

  1. Referrals in: NHS Leeds, Job Centres, Housing, Faith Groups and Welfare Rights signpost people to food providers.
  2. Food in: Individuals, shops and supermarkets donate surplus food via FareShare Yorkshire and Rethink Food.
  3. Food out: Pantries, food banks, drop-ins, street outreach and holiday programmes deliver food directly to those in need.
  4. Long-term support: Providers connect people to addiction, employment, training, education and mental health services.
